Ingredients
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp milk or cream
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh chives, chopped (optional, for garnish)
  • 4 slices of bread, toasted
How To Do

    Whisk the eggs: In a bowl, crack the eggs and whisk them with the milk or cream until smooth. Add a pinch of salt and pepper.
