Ingredients
  • 2 chicken fillets (boneless and skinless)
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko or regular)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or vegetable oil for frying
  • Mixed greens for serving (optional)
  • For Serving: Ketchup / mayonnaise / sallad Dressing
How To Do

    Prepare the Chicken Fillets: If the chicken fillets are thick, place them between plastic wrap and gently pound with a meat mallet to even them out.

    Season the chicken fillets with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

    Set up a breading station with three shallow bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs.

    Bread the Chicken Fillets: Dredge each chicken fillet first in the flour (shake off the excess), then dip it in the beaten egg, and finally coat it with breadcrumbs. Press the breadcrumbs into the chicken to ensure an even coating.

    Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Once hot, add the breaded chicken fillets.

    Fry the chicken fillets for about 4-5 minutes per side or until golden brown and crispy. The internal temperature should reach 165°F (75°C). Place them on a paper towel to drain any excess oil.

    Toss the potato fries in olive oil, salt, and pepper. You can either air fry them at 375°F (190°C) for 15-20 minutes or bake them in the oven at 400°F (200°C) for about 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through until golden and crispy.

    Serve the crispy breaded chicken fillets on a bed of mixed greens (optional) alongside the freshly made French fries. Offer ketchup, mayonnaise, or any preferred dipping sauce on the side. Add lemon wedges or salad dressing for extra flavor if desired.
