Chicken Fillet with Potatoes

Ingredients
  • 2 chicken fillets (boneless and skinless)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3-4 medium potatoes, cut into wedges
How To Do

    Prepare the Chicken Fillets: In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper. Rub this mixture over the chicken fillets and let them marinate while you prepare the potatoes.

    Prepare the Potatoes: Toss the potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Make sure they are evenly coated.

    Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3-5 minutes.

    Cook the Potatoes: Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.

    Cook the Chicken Fillets: After the potatoes have been cooking for 10 minutes, push them to one side of the basket and add the marinated chicken fillets. Cook for another 10-12 minutes, flipping the chicken halfway through, until the fillets are golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F/75°C).
